Day 32: A Faith That More Than Restores

“Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God’s glory.”

                                                                                          Romans 5:2

Some of us are desperately trying to make a mark in our workplace or to win a person whom we think will complete us. We aim for the success that the world offers – a good position in the company or a romantic relationship that is Instagram worthy. When we reach the peak of success, however, we find that the life of worldly success left us empty. And sometimes broken, lost and in pain.

But God reminds us that we have His Son. Jesus does not only heal and restore us, but he gives us a privilege- an eternal life where we get to share in God’s glory.

PRAYER

Father, I thank you that no matter how broken I am, You are able to heal me. I pray that not only will my soul be restored, but that I will also continue to live a life of privilege. I know that I do not deserve Your grace but Your Son gave His life for me so I may enjoy eternity with You.

APPLICATION

Take a “Heavengram” worthy shot of how your relationship with Jesus has changed your life. Share it with someone today so that they too would hunger to seek God.
